Planning the lighting for the whole room? Read our guide to ambient, task and accent lighting to build a balanced scheme.

We don’t knowingly resell customer returns as new stock. Any item that has been returned will be clearly identified in its listing.

Before collection, we may open your box only to inspect the item and, for lighting orders, add the correct bulbs where included in your order. Opening a box for these checks does not mean the item has been used.

If something has been missed, tell us and we’ll put it right. All Illuminations Direct orders are for collection from our Camberley showroom.

Looking for clearance, ex-display or discontinued lighting? Our eBay outlet trades as USBC Lighting, offering clearance, ex-display, discontinued and overstock items.

Normally ready for collection from our Camberley showroom in approximately 2–3 working days, subject to order confirmation. Supplier availability is checked daily and may change before order confirmation.
