REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 We accept returns on all products within 30 days of collection. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return All returns must be brought back in person to our showroom at 66-68 High Street, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3RS, Monday to Saturday 9am–5:30pm.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange products. Please bring the item back to the showroom and we will help you find a suitable alternative.
Warranty All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If your product develops a fault within this period, please contact us at sales@illuminations.uk.com or call 01276 24941 and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
