REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns
We accept returns on all products within 60 days of collection. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return
All returns must be brought back in person to our showroom at 66–68 High Street, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3RS, Monday to Saturday 9am–5:30pm.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products. Bring the item back to the showroom and we will help you find a suitable alternative.

Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's applicable warranty. Where a product forms part of our Camberley showroom range, the product page will clearly show our Minimum 3-Year Illuminations Warranty. If the manufacturer provides longer cover, the longer warranty applies. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If a product develops a fault, call 01276 24941 or email sales@illuminations.uk.com and we’ll help put it right.
