We don’t knowingly resell customer returns as new stock. Any item that has been returned will be clearly identified in its listing.

Before collection, we may open your box only to inspect the item and, for lighting orders, add the correct bulbs where included in your order. Opening a box for these checks does not mean the item has been used.

If something has been missed, tell us and we’ll put it right. All Illuminations Direct orders are for collection from our Camberley showroom.
